London Broil Beef Stew Know Any Make Ahead/Freezer Meals With London Broil?

Know any make ahead/Freezer meals with London broil? - london broil beef stew

We could get a lot of shoulder beef roast beef and will not only lay the fillets in the freezer. I cut some for use as beef stew, and requires no more than ground meat. All food from the freezer recommend? Otherwise, you know, the ESA could be used to London, and cut for stew? Thank you!
